  15.   The  previous  party  organized  by us proved to be very entertaining and
  16. successful.  So we organize another one ;=)

  18. 1.  Where and when?
  19.  
  20.   The  Party  will  take  place  on  22-23  June  1996  in Poznaï at Szkoîa
  21. Podstawowa no.6.  The address:

  27.   As  Poznaï  is  rather  big  city (600.000 inhabitants) and lies near the
  28. German  border,  there  should  be no problems getting here from ie.Berlin,
  29. Copenhagen, Dresden, Prague, Stockholm.

  31. 2.  How to get to the partyplace?
  32.  
  33. -  by  bus line 81 from Rondo Rataje, which is not so far from Main Railway
  34. Station  of  Poznan.  The whole way will be marked so You will be guided by
  35. hand...
  36.  
  37. -  by taxi from Railway Stations.  This is not that far, so it shall not be
  38. expensive
  39.  
  40. -  by  car.  Just drive to the "StatOil" petrol Station in Rataje District.
  41. The partyplace is very close to this.
  42.  
  43. - by foot.  The method I wouldn't recommend.  Maybe some dedicated tourists
  44. will do.
  45.  
  46. 3.  When The FUN begins?
  47.  
  48. The  party  begins on 22 June 1996 (Saturday) at 10.00am and lasts up to 23
  49. June  1996  (Sunday).   Of  course  if  You  come  earlier it wouldn't be a
  50. problem.
  51.  
  52. 4.  COMPETITIONS
  53.  
  54.   For  sure  there will be a standard set of competitions:  demo compos for
  55. Amiga  and PC, 64 and 4k intro compos, graphics compos, music compo and VHS
  56. compo.

  58.  
  59. Amiga DEMO:
  60.  
  61. -  configuration:   A1200 with Blizzard IV 50MHz, 8 MB Fast RAM with HDD of
  62. sufficient capacity.
  63.  
  64. -  all  the  demos  should run on this config !!!  We will play the crashed
  65. ones  only  two  times  more,  as  we  can't  bore  the others.  Of course,
  66. interested   authors  can  try  their  demos  on  this  config  BEFORE  the
  67. competition
  68.  
  69. - one coder can compete only with one demo!!!
  70.  
  71. - one demo may last up to 15 minutes and take the maximum 10 MB on HDD.
  72.  
  73. - disk-virus or mailbomb means disqualification!!!
  74.  
  75. - no demomakers or animplayers may be used
  76.  
  77. -  as  to  HDD-only  demos,  we  would  appreciate  an  install script (for
  78. Installer, prefferably).  In case of problems we will ask authors.
  79.  
  80. - You can also make Your demo trackloaded.
  81.  
  82. - the disks should be numbered, signed, virus-free.

  85. PC DEMO:

  87. - PC configuration:  486DX4-100, Soundblaster Pro ew.GravisUltraSound, 8 MB
  88. RAM, SVGA

  90. -  all  the  demos  should run on this config !!!  We will play the crashed

  119. - We ask You for GOOD QUALITY VHS TAPE !!!!

  121. - You may use HIFI sound

  123. - maximum length = 15 minutes

  125. -  You  are  free  to  choose  the  subject,  but the computer MUST be used
  126. somewhere...

  129. AMIGA AND PC MUSIC COMPO:
  130.  
  131. - maximum module length - 5 minutes
  132. - there will be a selection of modules, done by musicians not entering the
  133. music compo
  134. -preferred players:
  135.  
  136.         AMIGA:  Protracker 2.3b or Melontracker
  137.         PC:     Inertia player or ModPlay
  138.  
  139. -  if  Your  module needs an other player, please be ready to deliver it to
  140. us.
  141.  
  142. -  during  the  competition, the people will see the played patterns, so no
  143. cheating with samples will help.
  144.

  146. GFX-AMIGA & PC COMPO:
  147.  
  148.              - formats: iff-ilbm or gif
  149.              - resolution max.  640*480 or.
  150.                720*566  -  so  that  we  can see it on
  151.                standard monitors.
  152.              - max. 256 colors
  153.              - SKANNED PICS do not enter

  169.               the sequence of attendance
  170.              - BratWurst is a 2-4 player's game by '3 little elks'
  171.              similar  to  Gravity  Force  on  C64.  Available on 
  172.              Aminet CD, Internet or at friends.

  245. 6. ADDITIONAL RULES:

  247. -  FCI  does  not  compete  with  a demo, so there will be no accusation of
  248. cheating ;-)

  250. - LADIES enter free!!!  So take Your girlfriend to Poland!!!
  251.  
  252. - SELLING ALCOHOL OR DRUGS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!!
  253.  
  254. - There will be a team of bodyguards.  We guarantee that they will not hurt
  255. anyone,  not even the most drank person singing Christmas songs.  But those
  256. who  will  try  to  demolish or destroy the partyplace, steal the equipment
  257. will have to pay it off.....  The Police Station is also nearby ;-)
  258.  
  259. -  We  have  organized  a  concert  of  a certain rock band.  For sure they
  260. perform GREAT!!!

  262. -  We are also planning some beautiful girls stripping.  Maybe some more of
  263. them...
